To ensure students are placed in the most suitable classes, all new students must complete the iReady diagnostic assessments for math and reading, a language placement test (if applicable), and a Program Request Form to select courses. International Students

As we prepare for your arrival we need some items from you so we can issue the I-20 form, which enables you to apply for your F-1 visa. There is a form in Blackbaud to upload these documents. To create your I-20 we need the following:
  • International insurance must be purchased and confirmed in order to process your I-20. Please upload proof of insurance in your parent portal. Here is the link to our school insurance page: HERE. You may order your own insurance from a different company if you prefer. Please make sure they can receive health care coverage  in Boston, ideally, in the Back Bay area.
  • Please send us a copy of your enrolled student’s passport photo page.
  • The tuition fees must be fully paid. You may do so in your tuition and billing portal in Blackbaud.

Families may choose their own insurance; we have found International Student Insurance works with hospitals and doctors near the school.
