IB Students from La Paz School, Costa Rica visit Newman.

Newman is hosting 7 Seniors from the La Paz School in Costa Rica for the week on February 8-11.  

In the words of Amy , the Assistant Head of the La Paz School "The exchange experience helped the students see cultural differences and explore new teaching styles. The variety of courses and the diversity of the city was awe inspiring. We are all so grateful for the experience."

Exchanges like this allow Newman students to cultivate the global-mindedness of the IB program.  Our curriculum which is based on developing global citizens is universal around the world, and enables students who study IB anywhere in the world to enjoy an intellectual connectedness.
