The Newman Women's team competes in the Girls Independent League which is comprised of teams from Boston Trinity Academy, The Waldorf School of Massachusetts Bay, The Learning Center, Elizabeth Seton Academy, The Commonwealth School, Boston University Academy, The Winchenden School and The Newman School. The G.I.L is part of The New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (N.E.P.S.A.C).
