At The Newman School, the cross country team strives to have a well conditioned and competitive team that works hard to the best of its ability. We compete in the Massachusetts Bay Independent League (M.B.I.L) and are a member of the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (N.E.P.S.A.C).   GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY TOP 2 FINISHERS The Cross Country team had an outstanding season  with 3 women finishing in the top 4 spots in the MBIL championship meet. Lauren Christianson finished 1st and Dianne Teggi finished 2nd and Emily Duggan finished 4th.
