Parent’/Teacher Conferences are scheduled once each semester after the first quarterly academic progress reports are issued (please consult the academic calendar for exact dates). Parents wishing additional meeting time may call or email teachers directly to arrange that.
Parents are also invited to call or email teachers and advisors with specific concerns about their children as needed. Except in the case of an extreme emergency, we ask that calls be made either before school (7:30 - 8:00 a.m.) or after school (3:30 p.m.) to avoid interrupting classes.
