Course Description:
English 10 T will focus on enabling students to succeed in an academic environment through extensive writing, analysis of literature, and advanced vocabulary and idiom study. Students will read appropriate works of literature, analyze their literary content, and respond to the writer’s intent and style. Students will learn to write persuasive and comparative essays, as well as increase their vocabulary and recognize useful everyday idiomatic phrases.
